NO SHOW POLICY

We have an unwavering commitment to helping as many patients as possible. To ensure that we can achieve this, we strongly enforce a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you are unable to make an appointment, please call the office as soon as possible to cancel or rebook.

Any appointments canceled within 24-hours and no shows will be subjected to a fee before seeing another physician at the clinic.

ABUSE POLICY

We promote a healthy, respectful atmosphere at Aceso Medical. To enforce this, we will NOT tolerate abuse of any kind, including verbal or physical abuse. Abuse of our staff, physicians, or patients will result in dismissal from our practice.

If you have any concerns or complaints, please get in contact with our clinic manager.

 

PHONE/FAX PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

We are unable to refill prescriptions by phone or fax at this time. If you require a refill, please visit our practice.

RESULTS

To protect the privacy of all of our patients, we do not give results over the phone.

To receive your results, please book an appointment with your physician.

FORMS

Some medical forms are not covered by Alberta Health and Wellness. This includes, but is not limited to) sick notes and return to work forms.

We accept payment for these forms at our front desk prior to you receiving them.
For a full list of forms, please visit AHS Uninsured Services or speak with the receptionists at the front desk.

A price per form will be provided for approval prior to completing them. No medically necessary services will be withheld because a patient has not paid for a form
