And Others.

*Custom panels can be ordered with sufficient notice.

DOT Testing

We offer DOT-compliant tests on-site and in-clinic. We deploy our dedicated technicians, who follow testing procedures as required by DOT Part 40 for all DOT samples. We work diligently to ensure accurate tests at a cost-effective price for employers.

Hair Follicle Testing

Where oral and urine screenings have more strict time limitations, substances can remain in the hair follicles for months. Hair follicle testing is the best long-term indicator of drug and substance use and can measure up to three months of prior use. We offer 5-panel , up to 16- panel, testing options for forensic and court ordered reasons.

PEth Blood Testing

After alcohol consumption, the body emits an alcohol biomarker in the human blood. This biomarker is called phosphatidylethanol, or PEth. We provide PEth blood spot tests to identify heavy and chronic alcohol consumption. PEth has a detection window of up to three to four weeks and can be an important testing modality in your testing program.

MRO Reviews

All lab based drug tests are reviewed by a MROCC certified Medical Review Officer (MRO). Aceso Medical internally employs several MROs to ensure there is never a delay in getting your results back.

SoberLink Testing

We have partnered with SoberLink to provide anytime breathalyzer testing that determines current alcohol blood levels. SoberLink is a nationally accepted and FDA-cleared alcohol monitoring device that uses facial recognition to provide advanced reporting remotely.
SoberLink has a detection range of +/- .005 BAC, is tampered-proof and provides high levels of reliability.

As a tool for Addiction Treatment, SoberLink assists in early recovery by providing accountability for everyone using the device.

All Soberlink Devices are monitored through our online portal by a licensed HealthCare professional.

Urine Drug Screens (Non-DOT)

Urine screens are the standard for workplace & legal monitoring programs. These tests provide a strong mix of available test panels, clinical support for accuracy and reasonable windows of detection.

Oral Fluid

Oral fluid testing uses saliva to determine past use of drugs of abuse and have a shorter detection window than urine. These tests are provided as both an Express and Lab based test.
